I watch them on my big TV. i want to see the cinematographic tricks. i want to see the angles and cuts. i want to see the 180-degree rule live in action. i want to experience the energy. these edits are mad! they are crazy. you pause to go get something at any moment and everything is still perfectly in frame. this is wonderful. editor, you're doing well. cinematography, you're doing well.
She was wrong. But divorce because of that?? Maybe he was never really interested/committed to the relationship. She made wrong financial decisions because of her expectations of her husband's roles in financing. She wants the marriage and she's willing to put effort. A simple don't do that again will do, What's cheating and divorce doing in the picture??? He just doesn't love the woman. Lesson learnt. Don't keep secrets but more importantly, Marry who loves you.
This is a good piece, and I advise everyone getting married to watch and learn. Secrecy, unnecessary pressure, not seeing your partner and yourself as a team that needs to defend together, collectively dictate the pace and be supportive of each other are factors that overcomplicate simple things, destabilize the pillars that hold a home and ruin marriages. My partner can buy mount Everest but not telling me would definitely ruin TRUST upon which our relationship/marriage was built.
As a Nigerian woman that lives in Nigerian, Telling your husband your possessions can be disastrous, we have seen cases where the woman got killed for.bwing being richer than the husband. I have seen him play a typical Ibo man and the accent and delivery was 100% (Phone Swap). And here as well, he just played a typical Yoruba man and the accent and delivery 100%. In as much as the wife should have been honest, I still think that whether or not she was honest with her income, the secretary would still be pregnant and he would still leave her at the end of the day. Infact if she was honest, it would have given him more free cash to spend on the secretary and other mistresses. I am talking from personal experience with my parents. When my dad knew my mum got the family, he relaxed and had more money to spend on outsiders. I know not everyone is the same but we know the society we live in and the chances for a man(or woman) to be faithful (not saying love his wife) is a dream... Wasnt he suppossed to be earning well, I believe the wife knew his income that is why she let the sch and her agents out pressure on him, except offcourse she is just evil, and the character didnt seem so cause she actually wanted the marriage to work
These are just irrational and empty excuses! You cannot excuse or explain the evil actions of the wife! She doesn't deserve that man! You're saying that the husband would have impregnated the secretary anyway, but you never can tell. The wife never trusted him enough to give him the chance to be her husband. You never can tell what would have happened if she hadn't done all that nonsense, but you can tell with absolute certainty her lies and deceit led to their current situation.
There are better ways of getting things done, if there was a prelude that she tried other means which didn't work, we could understand, but it bores down to communication, setting boundaries and understanding of roles by each person. I mean they were both bankers so it makes sense to have dedicated accounts for such expenses and define what each person contributes there if that was their decision. But I don't think she had enough reasons to do what she did maybe she wouldn't feel sorry at the end, and maybe she could have told him but decide not to rent her house to her husband to avoid sentimental decisions. I mean we know it's fiction but this fiction is real in many people's lives.
I also think she was only sorry because he decided to leave. If he had stayed,she definitely would even make life harder for him,knowing he now knows what she owns. It doesn't matter if he makes 10billion, there will still be that pressure,and as a good person (wife or husband) your support at these times goes a very long way in cushioning the effect. What would she have gained if he had died of HBP?
