Robert wrote this song for his wife, although Jimmy added the "little drops of rain..." part and harmonizes with Robert on it. It's a lovely, gentle, melodic song.

Man, you hope discover all Led Zeppelin in 2, 3, 4 years, I assure you man, me, 50 years later, I still continue to discover the songs of Led Zeppelin... When you listen to Led Zeppelin, if you like Led Zeppelin, it is for your whole life.

I always say that Zeppelin and The Beatles are the only two bands or artists that never put out a bad song. For both bands, I’m not saying that every song is great (though most are) or even good, but none are bad. Can’t say that about anyone else. And while I absolutely love them both, they’re not even my favorite artists.

Hi Zay. Try the live version from the BBC sessions album. It is even better than the studio version. The sound, how it echos on the track, has a haunting quality that you do not quite forget. Have a good one.
Hey Zay! Hope you are well. Jimmy Page once said on an interview that Jeff Buckley is like Page and Plant put together, although he passed away many years ago at the age of 30. You should check out either Mojo Pin, Live at Glastenbury or Grace, either one.

I wonder what your friends in college think of this. If you were to mention Led Zeppelin to the majority of college kids "Lead what?" "WHO?" "Never heard of them." "Oh...wait, that's old grand dad music." "It's not Hip Hop or Rap so no good." I heard a dude in his early 20's once state in a coffee shop..."There isn't any decent music made before the 90's" I grew up on 60's 70's 80's 90's then auto tune and boy bands ruined music.
