Settings/Developer Options/ Tick on "Force GPU Rendering" this should make Android phone smoother/snappier! If root available try L Speed/Entropy/fstrim apps found on Play Store. LG V20 & LG G5 are snappy beasts ans are well optimised with Snapdragon 820 and is better than Samsung.

When I set up mine I couldnt find my 5G network, but 2 days later it poped up and it's been working since.
