Thanks for watching! 💛
👍👍👍👍 the price of this apartment is actually relatively cheap in HK island
HK tap water is safe to drink even without a filter ... it just tastes bad! :)
Hello Claire, I stumbled across you video. I have been living in HK my whole life. Please do NOT drink tap water even with a filter here in Hong Kong. Water in Hong Kong is not safe to drink without boiling it first.
Fake News
is boiled tapped safe? I'm moving to hk end of year, I definitely don't want to get sick yet I don't want to create a ton of plastic waste from bottles either
@@Cecilia- Yes. Boiled tapped water is safe to drink.
Love your apartment, Claire! Looks cozy 💕
Thanks so much! 😊
sorry to be offtopic but does anybody know of a trick to get back into an instagram account?
I somehow lost my login password. I would love any tricks you can offer me
@Carlos Henry Instablaster :)
This apartment is much nicer and cheaper than the more expensive ones (also in central HK) on another video I just watched...
Aww thank you so much! :)
You gave me some ideas 💡 micro managing space loved the designs and functionality.
Thank you! :)
I'm posting a video of my HK apartment this week - I'm jealous you have a balcony!
Let me know when it's up, looking forward to seeing the video!
Gosh... Your apt is huge already, by hk standard.
Thanks! :)
Nice. Whats the total size?
Hi clarie. Can i ask you a stupid question. Why do almost all the foreigners in hk stick around in the hk island side? Thanksss
I personally travel all across HK but we wanted to live on the island because of work
Verrrrrry spacious actually. 👍
Hi, I'm moving over from the UK soon also. How did you find your flat? I've been looking at the squarefoot website but think you can get a lot cheaper by working with local estate agents? You seem to have got yourself a great deal!
Heya! Oh exciting, good luck with your move :) we found our place via Facebook Marketplace. There were smaller agents and some places direct with the landlord too which were both on the more affordable side. We also found Facebook groups helpful as well - we joined all the 'Hong Kong Apartment for rent' groups and kept an eye on those.
@@CuratedwithClaire thanks for getting back, great to know about Facebook, I had not looked at that. Sorry for a follow up question, but did you pay the advertised price? Or did you negotiate say 10%+ off? Given the current situation I would think there is some room for negotiation perhaps
@@williammairs2358 We did try to negotiate but they didn't budge, I would recommend it though as even though it didn't pay off it was worth a shot :)
where are you from?
I'm originally from England :)
Omg, ur apartment is super nice. May I know where can find this kind of nice 👍🏻 apartment? TQ
香港にしては、広い! Good!
i love you❤️
what area are you in.
In Sai Ying Pun :)
@@CuratedwithClaire did you not look at yung shue wan on lamma? you would 700 square for similar price.
@@nn-uj1iv We wanted to live more centrally to make the most of our time here :) good tips though if people are looking for cheaper rent or larger spaces!
where is apartment located?
It's in Sai Ying Pun which is west of Central :)
