Definitely one of the funniest scenes is right after Alec and Magnus kiss and Maia says, "do we all have to do that?" It gets me every time

You know the bit when Magnus and Alec kissed when they were putting runes on, Maia goes, "Do we have to do that too?"
I just love "-You love me? -You stupid nephilim, why do you think I'm here?" (I'm Malec trash) and when Clary puts that rune that makes everyone see the one they love the most, and well, of course some of the scenes you mentioned :B (when Jace goes to visit Clary before he goes, oh, the feels),
STOP THE NOTEEEEEEEEEEE THE NOTE HE LEFT HER - i cried no joke

i spent today re reading city of glass and oh my gosh... sebastian and jace. the scene where jace is just setting seb straight and telling him that valentine could never love him because he was too demonic was just so good because i think it's one of the only times where sebastian shows that his weakness is wanting to be loved (which later on obviously relates to clary).
YES that confrontation seriously sets in motion the complexity that IS Sebastian. We can see that weakness and that vulnerability he has and it shows even more in later books and I think that's why I love COLS so much :)
I had a hard time believing Jace was dead too. I was in shock.
Honestly like SHOCK. XD Thank god he came back though omg hahaha
The last night scene was perfect! I loved it so much, especially when I read the letter.
Omg YES, I don't know what kind of person wouldn't love that scene hahaha

city of glass is AMAZING and I miiiiiight be a HUGE clace shiper too so...BUT one of the best scenes is the one that Clary and Jace fight at the kitchen and Clary throws him stuff

i finished the third book today and it was perfect! i mean this book was so addicting, i couldn't put it away! and the scene where alec kisses magnus in front of everyone, i had to laugh so hard because maia was like "wait, do we have to do that too?" xD
I'm a bit late but, I rarely laugh when something is supposed to be funny in a book, but my favourite quote is when Simon thought that "All good things come to those who wait" was:
"All good things come from those who do the wave" I couldn't stop laughing

My favorite moment was the Jace and Sebastian fight.

This book is definitely my favorite book in the Shadowhunter world, and there are parts of it I love so much, that I've re-read a million times (and now I want to reread it again but my book is with a friend). I love this book mostly because Luke is my favorite character in this world, and his fatherly/family relationship with Clary is my favorite relationship in this world, so I LOVE all the scenes we get with them in here, with them going to Idris and being there for each other!! :) Also love Luke taking the leader role and having such an important role in the talks between the Shadowhunters and the Downworlders; also love Jocelyn and Luke finally getting together, especially the scene with the rune (the one where you see who you love, I don't really remember the name) and he sees Jocelyn, also LOVED them fighting together with the alliance rune - Jocelyn and Luke are my favorite ship in this series (Charlotte and Henry are my favorite overall)
And it was really fun and enjoyable to hear your favorite your scenes :)
Oh my goodness, I don't think i've actually ever heard of someone saying Luke is their favorite character so thats really cool! I absolutely love Luke, especially in this book, and even though he's not my top fav he's still up there :) I definitely love that we get to see more of him in this book, and now that Jocelyn is back with her too! :)
For some reason when sebastian said "you keep fainting on me" to jace ... it stuck with me idk
I used to think City of Glass was my favorite, but then... I read City of Heavenly Fire for the second time... THE FEELS!

Omg trust me, it was definitely a moving scene but not in my top 5 favorite because he dies! It was so devastating that I couldn't call it a FAVORITE scene, but I will never forget that scene, trust me! :(

Love this video, can relate so much haha (I'm such Clace trash too). Just finished this book, and I am struggling going back to normal life, it was so epic! Especially the end of the book! What do you think about the Freeform tv show? I started reading the books because I liked the show so much, but now that I am reading the books I am starting to dislike some things, even though I still envision the characters as the actors that play in the show (I love the cast, just not some of the choices that are made in terms of how the story is told).
Also, do you recommend starting TID after finishing City of Glass? Or completing TMI first and then read TID? Thanks :)!

I am 26 years old, and i feel kinda silly to read this series, although i find it interesting. But watching your videos make me really compelled to do it. 😊😃
I think that my favourite scene was defo the one where Valentine summons the angel.
Oh yeah. I *metaphorically* cried and holded my hand over my mouth, like 'WTH? How can it happen?' Though I had the feeling all the time that The Angel will do something or something will happen related to the angel that would bring jace back. Because I knew this couldn't happen and this was the shadow world , anything could happen. So the most horrifying and the most reliefed moment throughout the whole three books was that moment. When Valentine kills Jace and When Clary asks the angel to bring Jace back..WHOA. Cry Cry Cry..😍😭
And the clay scene where she tells the clave how it is I don't care that it's clary and she has good intentions that was Valentine in my head that was Valentine
I am currently reading City of Fallen Angels, so I have a few things to say about City of Glass. I have conflicted about it. I don't like it but I still enjoyed it. I'm trying to say- I don't find it good, criticly, but I still LOVE THE CRAP OUT OF IT!
But I can't wait for u to re-read TID like- *_the feels man, the feels! JUST SO YOU KNOW CLOCKWORK PRINCESS IS THE BEST BOOK EVERRR!!! K, bye!_*

I honestly wanted Clary to die throughout the entire book xd
