»Valovanka is an innovative bookbinding project that utilizes excess corrugated cardboard, which is a byproduct in the production of cardboard packaging and promotional items. It is an eco-friendly product, a type of bookbinding that visually resembles hardcover binding but is lighter and softer. It is perfect for children's books as it is more gentle on children's hands. However, it is entirely a handmade product; not every corner is at a perfect 90-degree angle, nor is every cut perfectly straight, but this is what gives each product the warmth of human touch. At "Kulturni center Maribor," we take pride in our contribution to reusing waste materials and the ecological aspect of Valovanka.«
