I love the Hoonigan RS200; there's a reason why it's the Sesto FE of offroad. It has the stupid power and speed that the buggies have, but the weight and weight distribution to back it up when ramming into obstacles.
CLK is the grippiest off-road so not really.

I play the elimitator pretty often and almost every time I start at the street scene festival but every time a level 6 or 7 or 8 or 9 car spawns it immediately disappears and there is no people around it as well how this is happening??

It’s because it’s the start of the game. The map and drops load in much faster than some players.
