So glad to the ladies in your life get along so well! Cheers to you all.
Watching you do woodworking always cheers me up! Keep up the good work Peter!
Safety Glasses for SURE.... especially so if like me you have a legally blind eye! CHEERS from HERE!
As long as you’re keeping Geordie in the intro, I have no problem with a new intro (though I’ve enjoyed the one you have used these past three plus years). Happy to see you’re changing your habits and being aware of wearing safety glasses. Cheers!
I suspect he won''t but he's memorialized in the channel name and old videos. And, life has to move on. Lost mine a few days ago. Rest in peace to all the best boys.
Great job Peter, you make doing the joinery work look so easy. Cheers to the three of you .
Peter you look much younger with a shave & hair cut, Cheers to the three of you. Love the commentary and the scenery at the end.
My wife said Peter had undergone the girl friend effect, she has allowed him to clean up. He has stepped up his game!
Cheers Peter, safety glasses, dust collection, respirator, hair cut, beard trim and nicer clothes…
Isn’t it amazing how the right woman improves our lives? Even if we come along kicking and screaming?
I never liked being drunk or even buzzed but like y’all the taste of bear, wine and hard liqueur is a pleaser especially with friends and good food.
Some times your bohemian case work insults my sensibilities. It’s strong, it’s beautiful and functional but couldn’t you spend a few minuets making a 1/4’’ tongue on the stiles? I know, I know it won’t show, it doesn’t increase critical strength any but, but…
Oh I do like the extra 10 min. Thank you again for the entertainment and sharing a few minutes of your lives with us.
Haircut? New intro? It's reminisent of the old comic "Tarzan Comes to Manhatten".😂
🤣
Nice job on the sliding doors! The new intro is fine, just a tickle before you show your skills. It appeared to be a wonderful spring like day to spend with two beautiful ladies, you lucky dog you. And Finnigan, you're lucky too! Cheers!
Safety and a Seels, swoops sliding Doors and StarLink? Sweet tea this is good.
I have never experienced a difference in any aspects of my well-being when going dry.
Personally, I think that is because I'm never drinking so much that it influences my mental capacities (in the long run) anyway. Point is: I don't drink alcohol on any kind of regular basis.
Anyway, Cheers Peter and Ladies - and cheers, dogs! CU next time!
Cheers to Geordie-the origin of all these great experiences.
Nice finish to Lady Zephyrus's aft cabin.
With help from Finnigan.
Thank you Peter.
Cheers.
Good to see everyone together. This episode answered my question of when you would be working on MV Zephyrus again. 👍
And lots more coming.
Well I don't own a wood boat and I prefer working with metal but good or bad I have learned a lot about working with wood and have started using some of the things I have learned building cabinets and remodeling my RV thanks for teaching us.
Peter, once again, you did an incredible job on this project! I always look forward to your videos. You have such an incredible talent!
I was pleased to hear all the cheers from the cheer team!
Absolutely fabulous Peter
Thank you Roger.
Those doors came out awesome Peter. You really make the table saw a versatile tool. Fat Tug is awesome by the way. Had several of those while in Victoria. Cheers!
As someone who drinks very seldomly, and likes non-alcoholic beer, I can say I definitely sleep better without a drink or three.
What a beautiful day at the end. Finn is such a wild thing! Sweet puppy. Nice doors. I imagine that feeling of accomplishment that comes with finishing up old projects left in a temp state is a good one.
So nice!
Cheers for Real Beers! 😁
Cheers to the three of you! Enjoy those beers and the Spring weather arriving. Can't wait to see you once again with all those fine wood boats.
Ours (1967 All wood CC Constellation) unfortunately may have met the season splash with a complication. The Key Bridge in Baltimore MD was hit by a Cargo ship and has collapsed. We put in South of the Bridge and have a slip North of the Bridge. Locally no small thing. The crews are hard at work. Keeping our fingers crossed and hoping for the best. If not I can always watch your cruising season. Always GREAT scenery. Cheers.
I hope that all works out soon.
Well, CHEERS! Very nice experiment in beer abstinence. And a lovely completion of the underbed storage doors. Looks great. I was once a big fan of tung oil; don't know why I got away from it but I'm thinking I may go back. Best wishes.
It's lovely stuff.
Thanks for a great video and the suggestions for near beers.
Finnegan is adorable ❤
Haircut Looking Good Pete!!! Girlfriend live a board = clean an safer peter 😊
Cheers to all 3 of you ! Johan Belgium
Great woodwork. I'm a wheat beer guy. CHEERS!
thxs for sharing...
You're welcome
...and the word is CHEERS! I've been dry since 1984. Can't say I've experienced some or any of those results but I wasn't looking for any. You can use a chisel to take down those plugs. I rarely ever use a saw.
You're right on the chisel, didn't have that either.
New girlfriend = new haircut and beard trim. Looking good, Peter!
Congratulations with month off to the 3 of you. The sliding doors looked really well done and good to see Lady Z and Finn. I was wondering how the two pups are getting along. Cheers!
The pups tolerate each other, just...
Loved the seal visit!
Pretty common actually.
cheers to you three.
“And remember there is no more important safety rule, than to wear these: safety glasses.” Cheers.
Thank you Norm...
Cheers for the T-shirt win Peter, very much looking forward to receiving it.
CHEERS, DEARS!! x x x xOx x x x
Here’s to you! Good Health! Skol! Slainte! Prost! Salut! Bottoms Up! Down the Hatch! Here’s mud in your eye!
Oh…CHEERS!
Like the hair cut. Dapper
Peter. Your rapid multiple on off use of the tool trigger is maddening to watch, almost painful. You push the trigger about ten or more times for each small screw that you instal.
Very nice doors! I'm all for mock-beverages the older I get. I much prefer the feeling of a clear mind and the high from that is far superior to my old self.
Yes the Fat Tug is a great IPA, ask me how I know. Happy Easter all.
Your lady wants to keep you safe, I can see the increase in safety measures. My lady is not worried about what I do
CHEERS TO SUMMER COMING SOON!
Yes!
Awesome Peter 👍🏼👌🏽
From a Belgian I can say hoegaarten is a fine summer afternoon beer
Cheers Peter
When I do pocket holes it takes lot longer. You are good
Runner Turkish rug speaks volumes..
As always good work! Cheers!
Thanks
When and if you do a taste test, make it a double blind arrangement. Record your preferences, then the big reveal! It can yield some interesting results.
30:00 A lovely day 🍻
PS for those hoo are your followers if you are in warm waters you are welcome KYAn is youre best freind ( of course there is a resapy ) Grams to gallons the duch had this figured out 100 years ago
I agree with the haircut comment
I would put a plate between your stern platform and your floor. Seems you`re skaiting on thin ice there sometimes. Or rather, on the edge of it
Looks good.
Cheers for sure and Happy Easter.
Beautiful work cleverly done........and a trteat to see Lady Z and Finigan again
Well sliding into spring, cheers to you all.
Stay safe and we'll see you next week.
Cheers! I love the new doors. Beautiful. Way to go.
watch your fingers!! use a pusher perhaps
I used one!, at least once....
Happy new haircut - Cheers and Happy Easter! And only oil on one side of the doors??
One side at a time. Way less messy.
awesome vid as usual yes like the tung oil but friction surfaces i like bees wax same stuff that is used to seal a tiolett but with an additive >> tea tree oil Or clove oil i like the tee tree just on the runners using just bees wax not good (you will be having bees all the time ) tee tree or clove they will not bother you and if heated into the wood amazing and a heads up bottom paint Kyan pepper in the paint shit gave that away
Heh, now I know!
Great entertainment, fantastic work. And cheers all.
Well someone could have told me that lent ended at sunset last Thursday instead of Sunday!
Great work Peter here's the next one think about what a pleasure it would be having a helping hand from your girlfriend buy her some gloves and goggles and a mask then teach her how to run the sander that's a big plan she has to much time on her hands just holding her dog isn't very handy
I’ve been using cubitron xtract discs but I’m disappointed with them . They cut so so well, but they just don’t last anywhere near long enough. I’ve gone back to Sia discs with the regular holes as recommended by Aladino on sailing magic carpet. They perform well and are cost effective
Finn.i.gan! Fin.i.gan!
When ever I have glue in plywood panels they have warped the doors. Hopefully yours will be fine.
I'm with Lady Z, I prefer wheat beer (if Guiness and whisky are not available). Peter, suggest Julius Echter hereweisen for Lady Z if it can be found.
Thanks, I'll look for it.
With the upper helm I think I would try to replicate the curve of "those beauties". Maybe the box cold be slimmer and meet the windscreen as a sort of brace/support.
Can I asked: Where is that boathouse located? Do you own it with the dock? (we are looking for a boat house ourselves).
For oil, I love Seafin, when dried it even has a kind of hard finish.
...Did you get a haircut?
"Where everybody knows your name".
Lady Z owns the shed. It's in Genoa Bay BC.
It may be coming up for sale....
Great cheers reference.
@@TravelsWithGeordie I am glad you got the reference HAHAHA!
HI Guys, is that a cell phone booster on poem? If so what brand? Im looking to install on on my Tolly. Thanks for any information you can provide.
There is a Pepwave Sime router antenna, little white dome and a Starlink. Neither are cell boosters.
Have you used the large magnet at the boat shed and what did you find?
Sláinte!
Great job Peter. Finnegan sure was glad to see you! What breed is he?
He's an Icelandic sheep dog.
@@TravelsWithGeordie Thank you.
Andrea made him cut his hair.
Andrea has a Geena Davis look about her.
Do U ever fall into the water so near the bench?
New camera? Looks different.
No, GoPro 10. a few years now.
Why not include the pup into the round table beer meeting with a suitable near beer??
A neer for pup?
@@TravelsWithGeordie ... non alcoholic
Please wear the safety glasses when using any power tools. Cheers to nearly 30,000 subscribers that would hate for you to get something in your eye and delay or stop all boat work.
Somebody is getting some exercise.
was this a rush job??? lol..... I always admire your work but ehhhhh here
weird
Better hair cut
I hate to be a critic but if I am, it’s always a safety issue. Please use a push stick for those narrow cut on the table saw. I cringe when I see you use your thumb.
