Hi! We have a glass & mirror shop where we specialize in shower enclosures, but we also do windows, doors, IG units, commercial storefronts, and we also cut custom pieces of glass. I’m looking for software that will help me keep track of a project process… not just the financial part. Have any ideas?

I like Microsoft OneNote. You may look into Trello.

Try Housecall Pro. That sounds like one that would work pretty well and it works with QBO

Hey Steve, is it possible to go back in the other direction from Projects to Subcustomers? We started using projects, but it doesn't play well with one of our integrations and has created more work for us.

Yes it is possible. If you have QB Payments on your invoices it is a bit tricky.

I followed the instructions and I'm getting a message; "you dont have any sub-customers that can be converted to projects".
I tried a few times and keep getting the same message. Any advice?
