Coach Herbert is not only installing strengh n conditioning, but player evaluation as well! And that's PRICELESS.
I'm a lifelong Michigan fan and got my Master's degree there. I can't say enough how much Coach Herb means there to our team and fans. Coach Harbaugh is a unicorn who is able to bring magic wherever he goes, and he's authentic, the same every day. That is the kind of person he surround himself with. Coach Herb is a superhero, capable of raising teams from the ashes by the players buying in to the incredible fountain of knowledge and skill he brings, and he's authentic, so they do and they will. Both men moving on means I've now become a Bolts fan, except should they play the Lions - sorry folks but I am a loyal fan!!!

I love this guy. I could have used him 40 50 years ago. He sounds not only knowledgeable, but motivational (without even trying). He just makes you want to do better.
I've been a chargers fan for 15 years and I think this is the first time I've seen a strength and conditioning coach at a press conference. Really like this guy and hopefully he helps with the injury problem we've always had

Oh yeah. For so long we were using outdated technology resulting in preventable injuries. Talk about being ALL IN. He would break any lazy players. 😵💫😁
@jasonpacific5661 That's the thing the old staff was milking the shit out of the Spanos's and players getting hurt 24/7 should have been released this year's ago.
Spanos's seemed so gullible to those old coaches that are salesmen rather than actual coaches to help players get better.

As a 53-year-old retired vet (22 yrs USAF) and long-time gym rat, this man speaks to my inner self. He comes across as a true proficient and intense leader. Very impressive interview!!! I am excited for this team's future.

Harbaugh has always been a great X’s and O’s coach but it wasn’t until this guy came that players started realizing their potential and minimizing in-game mistakes. He truly was Michigan’s secret weapon. Curious how The Game plays out this year without him.

As a life long Michigan Fan, his loss was hard to take. I know pro guys will benefit from his unique twists on training and the mentality of training. What he did at Michigan was amazing, i can imagine what he will do with elite athletic professionals.

As Mich fan I can straight tell you he’s awesome. When he came in Mich changed. He will stop injuries and make Chargers Charged up.

Having players test, measure and remember their player specific range of motion of joints and strength power to each specific limb is next level. Best coach signing ever.

My absolute favorite line was “we had a roster of 145 players, one broke his leg in one game the other broke his foot on the Championship game, the rest were available. 😮❤🎉 im gonna say it right now. Bolts win the AFC West. In fact I’m gonna gonna put a chunk of money on it before while the odds are still really good. GO BOLTS⚡️⚡️

The coaching staff Harbaugh has brought in will bring the most significant change to the Chargers organization than we have seen in decades. It’s even bigger than drafting Justin Herbert. We’ve had elite quarterbacks, we’ve never had a STAFF that can elevate players to play their best AND stay on the field due to the appropriate attention to nutrition and training. I can’t even express how excited I am to see the changes for this organization
