Kevin Bludso discussed his journey to opening an additional restaurant branch in Hollywood. Kevin mentioned a customer who did not have much money but asked Kevin about his five and ten-year plans. Appreciating the customer's ambition, Kevin decided to collaborate with him. They built an impressive restaurant group, with locations in Santa Monica and one in Australia, which unfortunately had to close due to the pandemic. Kevin valued the unique flavor of his BBQ sauce and refused to let it be overpowered. He gained public recognition after appearing on the show, 'Bar Rescue,' and later judged on the Netflix series 'Barbecue Showdown.'

I like the dark crowd in the background. Gives a certain ambiance. I would like to see some dishes at some point.
I love the vibe, and in all honesty, you should actually get on camera with a few of these folks one day. But definitely, we need to see that food! Love this brother's honesty and will definitely be checking out his spot next time I’m out in Cali.

We used to get this catered to my job in Gardena all the time. I forgot why. Someone knew someone or someshit. Point is, he’d send us food to say thanks for working hard. Bombest bbq I ever did have. 🫡
