Tools are ALL there. Was just needing more accuracy intermediate in college. That said he has a ton of room to grow. Kid was used as a runner at PSU. Had 2 years at QB really in college with 2 different coordinators and a horrendous oline while injured in year 2.
This throw is fantastic honestly. The only qb I've seen make that kinda throw was Aaron Rodgers... and that includes every qb playing today. I don't think that pass will be appreciated by thr masses for how difficult and amazing it was.
The most tantalizing throw of the day for sure. Showcased every trait you need for a GREAT QB. Also took a shot.
Not only that but if you see the sky view of it he threw the receiver open using the room on the field. The receiver was going underneath the corner at first and Levi's just put the ball in a spot where he can go and get it. He has A LOT of air on those deep balls some of those throws look like punts lol
That last touchdown he threw so effortlessly it didn’t even look like he stepped and it was a dime. Dude is gonna be a beast

As a Colts fan I'm happy for Will Levis. The disrespect and embarrassment he faced during draft night was hard to watch. Best Rookie QB debut probably since Cam Newton back in 2011

i’m glad Will Levis balled out. everyone counted him out come draft day let alone the first round, even his girlfriend. once he was drafted by the tennessee titans the fanbase didn’t like it for two reasons: they thought he’d be a bust and because most titan fans are volunteer loyalist. now everyone wants to change the narrative, say he’s QB one because Tannehill and Willis aren’t better. They’re just now seeing that. been following mans since college, follow a lot of people since college, Levis will be a starter for quite some time to come. Proud of his performance in the Oiler Unis.

He was throwing to short freshman wide receivers in his senior year who constantly dropped well placed dimes, and he had the least amount of time to pass in the SEC. People who paid close attention knew he was a baller. Didn't complain with a lack of weapons and a porous O-Line.

I think we should slow down 8 games into the season. Let them play a full season or 2, when teams have film on them. We will know who is who. But all of them have showed some good things early and that's good to see.
@@bondbarrybonds5774 Well AR is putting it on himself with his playing style. I'm an advocate for smaller QBs based on their play style. Brees had a high release pt, which gave him an extra couple inches. Russ has/had great mobility behind the line. With Bryce..it's interesting because he's undersized, isn't particularly fast, and doesn't have a great arm. But somehow it's still amazing at the top of his game. Fluid athlete, great escapability, off platform throwing, can be extremely accurate, etc. That being said, he's 5'10 flat and skinny. That's tough man lol. I'm the same height and have been around pro NFL players..they dwarfed me and I'm average height. Kyler and Russ are shorter, but have a thicker build. AR is better set up for punishment, but he's been an idiot in his play style. I like both though long-term despite the critiques.

Tannehill might not have been the quarterback we were looking for but he definitely got us out of the slump we found ourselves in. And for that I appreciate what he gave us. It's now a new chapter for the TITANS.

I knew that guy would be a stud. Was surprised he didn't get drafted earlier. I would take him over Richardson all day long. Am a Gator fan and have seen enough of both of them to know better.
AR is more of a physical specimen and 3 years younger. They were both inconsistent in college in the UK Vs Florida game last year they both sucked 😂. The "gurus" say AR has a higher potential but running that much will get you hurt in the NFL. Even Cam couldn't hold up to that.

How did every team pass on Levis. He looks amazing. Very fluid movement, strong arm, very nice mobility. Plus he is as strong as an ox by the way he looked when he made the 1st down push qb sneak. When a qb drops like he did that can light a fire in that qb throughout their careers.
Might be Allen/Herbert 3.0. Inconsistent college tape, but elite physical tools..sometimes that wins out. Get the guy with the traits to be great and groom him. It's often better to do that vs drafting someone like Pickett, who was a productive 4 yr starter, but has limited potential.

Plenty of people were sleeping on this guy. I always thought he was going to be alright. Some real arm talent, he'll need some refinement but he could be good long term.. The other QB's in this draft class haven't set the world on fire yet, though Stroud has looked the best, and has been good.. Long way to go but it will be a turn around if down the track this guy proves to be the best QB in his draft class! Who knows?!!

Problem is he's good enough to start, but he will never be elite either. Leaves you stuck in no man's land. His intangibles just aren't there either. No real leadership. You can see his teammates are just indifferent to him. He's just not good enough. Ntm, he's 35 now and past his prime. Give Levis a real opportunity like Washington did with Howell this year

@@PatCaseyLA every single team that faced them this season actually had to deal with the one source of a falcons pass rush (Grady Jarrett) he had over double the leagues average time to pass, and he was still missing wide open throws, you could say rookie mistakes, but y’all are so quick to ship off tannehill after one good game with our only source of a pass rush out. I’m not sold.

The only one I thought was better was Stroud. One game doesnt mean he will be great but there is a lot to work with after this win.
