Dramatic finishers are both character specific and map specific. If you want to Dramatic finish janemba just go to the land of the kais stage and I may be wrong on the side but you have to heavy Janemba to the left (this only works when Janemba is the last character).
The side where you hit him doesn't matter, the game just shows the animation corresponding to the side you triggered it
Dramatic finishes are trigged via heavy or vanish kills
It works on both sides
W, I missed this type of content, and I was looking forward to seeing more of it!
Edit: A little side note, you often continue the combo before Gogeta lands 3 kicks in the Gogeta BNB, which hinders the damage a little bit, be patient and wait to land the full 3 kicks

For a dramatic finish you need to be on a specific map, with certain characters and finish it off with a heavy attack (circle on PS4, B on xbox)

Playbox might think vegito is the best fusion but still gives gogeta love truly the goat db content creator 🤫🧏♂️
While Vegito is my favorite Fusion (by a lot) i still love gogeta!
Some more tips: Super dash is SAFE on block, so if your opponent is mashy they will likely attack after your superdash, but if you hold back after they block your super dash any mashing attemps will be blocked.
Most characters have can use their 2H in the air, which will launch the character you're comboing upwards, if you still have your double jump saved you can continue your combo. As an example, when you do you Vegito bnb and your opponent gets launched into the air and you super dash to them, you can combo with light, medium, down heavy, then DOUBLE JUMP into light, medium, spirit sword into heavy kicks, vanish and dragon rush (tick throw).
When you have one character left, your character enters limit break mode where they are much more powerful, and if you have enough bar you can combo your level one supers into your level three's
Hopefully these tips are useful to you and remember that practice makes perfect

This is why I like this "straight" games (just to give them a name). You don't need to pay, you can play with whoever you feel best and if you put the effort you'll be a great player regardless of how much money you spend or if you have the latest characters or not.
I really hope this videos show developers that the gatcha system needs to change, we like their games, we like the characters, here is a true passionate fan, and gamer and they need to respect that.
On this videos we can see the best of both worlds, a person who like to spend his time on the dragon ball universe and he's good at it. For persons like him the gatcha system need to change so they can attract and hold the true legendary super Saiyans.

After using the ki sword with Vegito in the air you can do a 214M (it's a grab). That's probably going to help you to finish your Vegito combos
3:04 to trigger a dramatic finish, you have to be on a specific stage (in this case land of the Kai’s) and it has to be certain characters (gogeta and janemba in this case) and you have to end the match on a heavy attack, or a vanish

3:03 Dramatic finishes are stage specific and character specific. So some examples are gogeta blue vs super broly on destroyed namek (gogeta must win), ssj goku and kid buu on land of the kais (Goku W), or SSGSS Goku and Kefla on space (another goku W). and to activate it the last attack needs to be a standing heavy or a vanish. Not much of a commenter and this is probably over explained but I hope it helps!
