Does it have a door option with heat and A/C? Has the battery ever caught on fire? How long will the battery last when lifting thousands of pounds multiple times a day while also traveling around a 17 acre facility?

Yes, this truck is designed to be available with a fully enclosed cabin & heating and is a common option.
Regarding battery life, these trucks are designed for operating for a full 8 hour shift on a single charge in various applications such as large steel yard and Timber Stockists.
Lithium power is available as an option, but with current developments in lead acid battery & charging technology, Lithium is generally not necessary.
We would be happy to attend your site, to observe the application and make a recommendation on the solution.
