My first restaurant gig I did a fairy for a little girl. The design was simple like yours. I made it look like the little girl. A lady, unrelated to the girl, gave me a $20 tip because she had never seen a balloon fairy before.
So my first attempt I did the dress up to the bodice and tied, then went on with the face and hair and arms... then made the 6-pedal flower pedal balloon by Dave Breen ("make your own flower balloon") and tied the bodice tail to the flower tail.She was so cute, but not as precious as yours, and left the fairy just seated there. no legs, she sits straight on table without wobble, she is so so cute! thank you soooo much for this absolutely darling fairy. YOURS IS SO SO PRECIOUS! As I get more experienced,

i love it, it goes to fast at the bottom for that flower at bottom. So I learned "make your own flower balloon" by watchin Dave Brenn, because he goes slow and detailed. Now, I am going to try this ABSOLUTELY DARLING fairy. Your design is SO PRECIOUS, ....

This time I tried 1 balloon for dress and it worked easier for me to start from bottom, making 6-pedals then up to bodice, pinch twist and the bubble.
