    🔹Ingredients 🔹
    ✔Zucchini - 2 pcs. (550 g).
    ✔Carrots - 200 g.
    ✔Onion - 180 g.
    ✔Salt - to taste.
    ✔ Black pepper - a pinch.
    ✔Paprika - 1/2 tsp.
    ✔Lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l.
    ✔Garlic - 1-2 cloves.
    ✔Sugar - 1 tsp.
    ✔Greens - any, to taste.
    ✔Odorless vegetable oil - 30-40 ml.
    ✔A pinch of love and good mood (required).
    ❗Notes ❗
    ✅If you wish, you can add sweet Bulgarian and hot peppers to this salad.
    ✅Lemon juice can be replaced with apple cider vinegar or 6% table vinegar, but in this case add 1 spoon at a time and taste it.
    ✅Sugar should not be excluded, it gives the salad sweet and sour delicious notes, without it the salad will lose its special taste.
