2 story's about the murder one.
Once I was on school camp (I was 11) this lady who seemed strange came up to me and said "do you want to take a picture with me!?" And she chucked I was so flippin' scared I couldn't move! One of my close friends politely said "we're here on camp with our school." The lady chucked again and walked up to another kid on our school camp so I whispered to everyone around me "Run!" And we did. The lady looked angry!
My next story: me and my bff found a dog in her front yard (it was a husky) and we took it around the neighbourhood and no one owned it so we went up to a man and asked if he knew. He said "yes I do actually." And pointed to a house my bff was sweating and had started to go pale. We walked to the house and my bff said "Lucy, maybe we should just look after it for a while." I sat her down on a bench out side the home and said "what's wrong?" She replied "my grandma used to live here and the day she moved out she got murdered." Then I was getting pale. I looked at the door to the house and there was a note. It said "if you value your life don't knock!" So my bffs 9 yr old brother rings the doorbell. Thank goodness it was broken! We all ran back to my bffs house and played with the dog out the back. A week later my bff comes up to me at school and says "you know that guy we asked if he knew who the owner was?" "Yeah" I replied "He just got thrown in jail for sexual assault and abuse." I was so shocked!
