We used to do that journey every Saturday in the 1960s to visit my grandma. It doesn't seem to have changed a lot in 40 years.

I used to live in Billingborough many years ago and my daily paper round (before school) was the whole of Horbling.
This video reminds me of the walk home afterwards.
Just after you come into Billingborough, over the little bridge and past the school, you go past my old house on the right.
