I wish car manufacturers would get over their piano gloss finishes phase.
Same, I'd honestly take cheap looking satin plastic over the piano gloss black.
At 30:14, there should be a safety net with a bar in the storage in the back of the car that you can put up in that hole and the other one on the other side. There are 4 in total in the car. Basically it is a net you can put up if you are loading the car and don't want the stuff you have loaded to fly around and potentially hit you while you are driving. It can be used with the back seats up or down.

The reason Android Auto is not mentioned is that the native infotainment system is Android based

I’ve seen a lot of videos and yours is best I’ve seen. Thank you for going over all the details, which even dealerships miss. My mother has a 2019 XC40 loaded and I am considering getting the Ultimate with Euro Delivery. I don’t like the 20 rims but hearing the car drives great, is a plus. Love it has Pixel headlight.
My mom got a 2024 B5 Plus same color and interior. She LOVES it probably most out of the other cars she had Infiniti Q50 and QX 30

I just got 2 of the Volvos XC 40s and I was told by the dealer I can use Regular fuel and it would not void the warranty. Love these cars.
Oh I needed to add this but android auto is integrated into the screen already because it's a android based system

My cousin sales now 2010 Volvo XC60 T6 with 2.8L turbo engin. Shame that Volvo doesn't make such grat engines any more. I know what are You talking about, we don't hear starter when engine is turning on. Great review as always. Greetings

@@703Speed Yay! I keep saying. Our eyes need to be looking out the windshield. Why all of this complicated crap. You need heating, air conditioning, and a kick ass stereo. That's it! I also, love, love sunroofs. The more light and air inside the cabin, the better.
About $5K-$15K more than a comparable BMW X1, which is roomier, quicker, smoother. A choice basically comes down to how much more do you want to pay for a few niceties.
We went with the XC40, it’s significantly better equipped for less money than an X1 and it’s more SUV like to drive which suits our use case.
Getting rid of my b&w gran tourer from 2018! Servicing the car at a garage is expensive with bmw parts. Have nothing but issues with it the sos call system has already failed. There’s an engine warning light aswell. Therefore pre ordered the 2024/2025. A relative also owns a 2021 bmw not sure of the model, servicing is expensive on that aswell parts are ridiculously priced also fed up and the sos system has failed on that aswell. Not happy with the quality of BMWs anymore, relative is getting the ex40 Volvo.
Sold our 2018 X3 for a n ew 2024 B5 Ultimate. The B5 is just as fast and sporty while being quiet at the same time. Plus B5 sits higher which we like.
@@marcretchin4102 agree! Volvo seems to be a better make, bmw audi volkswagon etc have increased there prices so much. Volvo seems to be better equipped and so many more features. Also volvo like the heated seats in front and back for example and apple car play, you’d have to pay so much extra too have them on an audi bmw volkswagon etc.
@@lazzaboyman8003 agree! I used to be such a bmw fan now I can’t stand the make they feel terrible to drive compared to a volvo which has a feeling of luxury and comfort.

Love this vehicle, but I can NOT believeeee it requires a USB cord for music!!!! Who at Volvo let that happen?!
It has Bluetooth music! No usb required to listen to music. Only for apple CarPlay
Ohhhh I completely misunderstood that! Yeah I don’t think that’s a deal breaker then
