I Tig Welded a BMX FRAME! (Kind of...)

  • Well I tried Tig Welding a BMX frameđŸ”„đŸ”„but she didn't turn out as I expected...😂A bit off when it came to the "Scale" of it I think... But hey, we had fun right?! Y'all know how much I LOVE BMX, and how much I love Tig Welding, so this one was another one of my favourites hands down. Even though this one was just for fun, I'm amazed at how much of a challenge it was! Tight angles, thin material which overheated like crazy, my torch and filler wire bonking into everything, oh yeah, and trying to FILM THE STUPID THING the whole time as well! Anyways, I hope you enjoy this one, just another example of the Tig Welding fun I like having on my channel!
Grab a cup of coffee and come hang!

I love the flatland riding. I found when doing stuff like the crank tube it helps to use a heat sink of some kind, I use a few strips of copper stacked together to keep the tube from warping from heat. or i make an aluminium one on the lathe depending on pipe size, .065 wall SS warps pretty easy
