I have been making soap for 24 years and you are correct it has changed ALLOT! I loved watching Nancy she was a character . There are so many soap makers that come and go it is crazy. But only a few stick with it, I have seen so many come and go. I am in the US and the HCSCG are having their conference next month and I am looking forward to going again and meeting all the new soap makers, they are always so excited about everything.

My son and I watched it here in Southeastern Massachusetts through a proper welding helmet. We got about 92%. I love watching eclipses.

Hi! I’m in the states in Pennsylvania and we got to see part of the eclipse, it got too cloudy to see the end. I still had eclipse glasses from the 2017 eclipse so that was helpful. Beautiful soap!

🙆‍♂️ I'm in North Carolina and I I got it on my cell phone video it was kind of wild I was in New York back in 17 when the other solar eclipse happened and I did the same thing put up the phone cuz I didn't have the glasses... But it was really beautiful😊

@@futureprimitivesoap how you deal with problems that occur during the curing process, like discolouration, air bubble holes, anything that might make your bars ‘seconds’ or resigned to the pile for home use only. I wanted to know where you draw the line for a saleable item and one you think is not. Can you show your process of what happens after curing and before the wrappers go on?

I do....I have clear vinyl gloves on in this video. I took them off to sprinkle the tops with calendula because my hands were hot but you can see that I am wearing them for pretty much the whole of the video, including the cut. 😊
