Sadly this mod doesn't actually run Minecraft within Minecraft, instead it runs Minecraft in a VM on your actual computer then streams the image data into the game .-.

You can play minecraft in minecraft with a modification called vm computers. its a mod that lets you access a virtual machine in minecraft like windows 98 and windows 10.

Suggestion: you may have been able to run Minecraft on the quest 3 and it works for the quest 2 but there is no support for the quest 1 so is it still even possible.

Super short answer: Yes you can, with a VM/Other machine, you can stream the vm screen to the game using a Mod, Micheal MJD already did a video on this
Video recomendation-can you make a video where if you have like i very low end cheap bad laptop and you can recommend us setting for low end computers such as mine it would help alot and too tell you how bad some of your veiwers pc are these are my specs below:
