@@RedroomStudios Apparently there was a bug going around and they only had 9 position players available, so... yeah. Given that scenario, it was probably best to bunch those two together.
Varsho single handedly win the game
It MUST be a 1 run game. When this condition is met, Jordan Romano is able to ascend to Super Saiyan, thus closing out a 6-Out save, and easily his best outing of the Season this far.

Romano hasn’t blown a save this year, and has only blown a total of 12 in his career. Never understand why y’all act like it takes a living sacrifice for the guy to do his part, he’s one of the most consistent closers available. The ride may be nerve racking but he damn near always gets you to the end

Y'all need to relax. It's a joke 😂. I'm a Blue Jays fan, but it is true that for some reason when it's a real right game, Romano seems unhittable, but when he has runs to spare, the save becomes much more dramatic. But yes, he is an elite closer, no denying that.

I saw in the box score that the run in the 10th inning the Blue Jays scored (on a groundout) was counted as an unearned run. That's because it was the 'ghost runner' who scored. Said runner does not get credited for a time on base.
3 hits all night from the Orioles. Two were homers but that's a hard way to win a baseball game. Jays with eight despite numerous guys not hitting including IKF, Kirk and Bigs.
And no bench. Every LHP that came in got their match up because there was nobody to pinch hit.
Anyone else notice Biggio in the top 3 hit that guy in the balls on first base, not kidding check it out.

just a little fyi. So you wondering how Sahtkins did on those "trades" he made a couple of years ago. Well you see how Swanson is doing. Meanwhile in LA Teo is tied with Shohei for the team lead in HRs with 11. He also leads the team (and Ohtani) with 33 RBIs. Yeah so at least there is not so much "clowning" around in the Blue Jays dugout.
Didn't like either of the trades, having fun makes you less stressed. I didnt mind getting rid of Gurriel so much, but sending Moreno along with the trade was god awful. The Hernandez trade though...that's a bat you need to keep
@@emupike6 Thanks for reminding me of Gurriel. He's also outperforming all of the Blue Jays so far this season!! Actually Moreno has 16 RBIs in 33 games!!!!

expecting a different pitch waiting for the ball to drop out of the zone. I haven't seen a lot of 3rd strikes taken that down the middle on a fastball, but if a guy's been throwing a lot of pitches that start down the middle and drop before they get to the plate, you could find yourself expecting it a little too much

expecting a different pitch as the announcers explained. baseball is more than just the physical play. there is a mental game in choosing pitches to trick and confuse the batter. keep watching and listening, you might eventually catch on to the game.

They have multiple capable hitters in the minors that can actually run and play a position. Lefty or righty. I'd rather see Addison Barger hacking at the air. Or just make the obvious choice and call up Horwitz or Martinez.

Hey, I love baseball but my knowledge is pretty basic. What is the benefit of play Kirk so much over Jansen? His at bats are horrible. That play with him and the DH in the 7th (I think) was laughable
The catching position is more demanding than any other position. They have to keep Jansen fresh, so he'll start only about 65% of games. Most teams do this.What they should do is use Jansen as DH more to get his bat in the lineup.

we got the fat man to third a couple times but the 2 fat guys could only avoid the double play once to rbi jr 1 time. fat guys are supposed to be the hitters (not runners obv) what's the strategy on fat?

The Jays starter was pitcher of the month in April. The O's got three hits off him.
Berrios is 10-1 against the O's in his career. Why doesn't Baltimore support the O's. Look at all the empty seats for a 1st place team. The Jays get way more fans, and they're last place smh
