I played this song in a recital in 1983 when I was 6. That was my last time hearing this. After my recital was over I switched to a school that didn't offer piano lessons and I never played again.

I’ve played for two years but I’m still on book 1
Why were the fingerings altered from the Suzuki Volume 1 book? Kataoka took painstaking efforts to devise those fingerings. She used the same fingering pattern used in a traditional G-Major scale.
I really appreciate this video because I learn by hearing, seeing and through hands on experience.
