I feel like the devs of FIFA actually try and cater to the community. They propose ideas and changes based off the community feedback. Just the reason why we never see most of it is because it has to go through the rich, corporate scumbags that shoot almost all of those ideas down before they can even get off the ground because it won't involve gambling or spending money on points. This company is rotten to the core, and the only way to change that is to stop giving them money. Hopefully Fifa2K or UFL saves the football game market.

Honestly for me, I think if they dont add promos too quick, or at least make 7.5k packs the standard pack. Not drop out 50k's, 100k's within the first two days. Maybe a 50k in the shop every friday with a maximum of like 3 purchases would do something to this game. Everyone just needs to fully support UFL at this point, the devs have been relatively transparent and have said they want to avoid p2w where possible, it's obviously inevitable to exist in some form in an online football game, but if the community holds their feet to the fire, we may be able to stop them making it as bad as EAFC.
Support the UFL devs, keep them on track. EAFC can go bankrupt for all I care, I haven't bought it in about 4 years, and I will never buy it again.

Honestly i think people want to see less crazy cards coming out every week and more fun WL matchmaking. Back in the day i was running gold morata upfront and then IF morata for weeks and was able to compete - packing cr7 was bagging a near end game card… now you pack mbappe and by xmas theres 50 better versions/players so you have to continuously spend money at an ATTEMPT to keep up which is why more and more people like myself are leaving because youre playing tough opponents with better teams half the time which rewards in packs and coins that arent enough to upgrade your team. Few years ago in the first 3 months it was rare to play against any icons in WL

Fifa was one of the first games i started playing due to my dad, made my own ultimate team in 2017 when i was 10 years old and played every ut since, this years game has been horrendous, and it really is saf to see this game series fall deeper into a hole the game cant get out of. The gameplay this year wasnt enjoyable at all, i only played for the potential of me maybe getting a good red player from champs rewards. I most likely will call it quits after FC24

@@Tairoyal21 The inconsistent gameplay for example has been an issue for 15 years now, in one game your players literally unbeatable and move really smooth, the next game however completely the opposite. They are slower than your opponent, feel as if their legs were made out of concrete. Tbh, I am certain that the issue of inconsistency is built into the game on purpose. It is technically impossible to have the same problem for over 15 years now. The technology since then has been improved exponentially, several generations of consoles were developed and somehow EA tries to convince us that my isp is the problem or a broken lan cable. recently after a few year hiatus and I had to go try FIFA23 because of the AI constantly bullying their way in from the baseline to pass to the middle for a shot attempt. FC 24 isn’t a terrible game but the reality is they alienated a newish user(me) within a few weeks to not play the game. That’s crazy.

How absurd that a team can play press for 75 min consistently before any consequences of players being DEAD. Any professional game I’ve seen team can’t last for too long until the other team takes most of the possession.

This year‘s FIFA wasn’t bad. Every game has his glitches but when the market is screwed up and there’s constant promos in your face, the game becomes playable. I think if we want to make improvements, let’s start with reducing the amount of promos and bring back a market in which players have value, if we can get that at the very least the game will be much more enjoyable

I'm proud of myself. After Fifa 22, I went cold turkey and quit this franchise. I never bought packs, but I realized quickly it became a gambling game that prioritized money over gameplay. Then weekend league felt like work. It will never prioritize a skill gap because bad players will quit and they're the money spenders

I already know what happens each fifa before its even released, game becomes slower, defensive ai becomes stronger and attacking ai becomes worse. Its a repeat each year in terms of the gameplay instead of making it faster and easier to dribble, ontop of that the gamemodes wont even change.
I find the complaint that the game is too slow utterly bizarre. The main thing that put me off the game all those years ago was that it was too reliant on pace.
There’s no midfield battle on fifa, like in a real game. Players just skid around somewhat aimlessly and it’s too easy to make ridiculous passes.
If the game was slowed down and built from the ground up to be more tactical, with controls being manual by default rather than all assisted, I’d be a lot more interested in playing it.
@@jonathanmarkham1998 no sorry i dont agree, faster paced game was more enjoyable and there was more goals, ontop of that the slowed/clunky dribbling doesnt allow for me to be able to read the opponents movements and have the ability to go around him without passing it 300 times, if i read his defensive movements i deserve to go past him but nowadays its just a pray and hope that if i do try it that the clunkiness wont stop me or the defensive ai.
Im over here playing chess in the front half for 5-10 game minutes to try and get someone through in on goal with 50 people in the box and i cant for the life of my control a person that is agile enough to lose the defenders while at the same time the attacking ai runs are non-existent.
I get the realistic side of the game and wanting to do all that and that makes it slower, but at the end of the day its a game that we just want to have fun with, more faster and agile gameplay will allow for alot more goals to be scored and deserved ones on reading opponents movement just by using my Left Stick, not any of this hold R2 and R1 for agile dribbling crap just to have the ball stuck on your foot.

It's nice to see someone point out these things to ea. I've never played fut but been in career mode community for couple years now and it's basically the same treatment we have for years now. There are bugs from couple games back still not fixed, they're actively deleting features while adding some useless shit nobody's gonna use and not what community wants. Only thing we have is hope that 2k isn't actually worse than ea with new game coming out
All the changes to gameplay are designed with the single player experience in mind. The hypermotion, IQ, extra animations, professional fouls etc. You say the game is becoming less realistic and more FIFA Mobile but really it’s getting more realistic for the offline user. It might suck for FUT players (I am one, on old gen) but I like that they add stuff to make the single player experience more real and authentic on new. You all need to switch to career mode or switch to clubs. If you really love football you’d enjoy the mode that actually simulates real life football. Clubs gives you the rush of competition with friends. What does FUT actually provide differently that isn’t pack lottery gambling dopamine?
As someone who started playing FIFA over PES since 2016, I have never been this mad while playing a game. When playing FC24, I play tiki-taka and sometimes use dinho play, mastering every skill move over the years. Still, I have to spam whipped passes and aerial plus when I’m losing a game in the final 10-20 minutes.
I used to play in Division One in FIFA 21 even though I had mid-tier players on my team. This year, despite having extinct players on my team, I can’t even pass Division 5 because everyone I play against uses the corner glitch or aerial plus with players like Drogba and Joselu.
It’s so sad to see my favorite game going downhill.
I’m not trying to sound like one of those ‘skill issue’ kids but if you are stuck in div5 unable to get out then maybe that’s just your skill level in FC24, it’s normal to fluctuate each year with each game. I’ve been in Elite Div all year without relying on aerial+ or finesse+, by playing it on the ground most of the time so its definitely possible but also remember its mostly sweats that are still playing the game so don’t take it too serious 👍
The thing is, if irl you have a quick player with good crossing in one side, and a huge player with good presence in the box and good headers, a far post cross if what you're gonna want to do. Just look back and France's goal vs Spain in the Euro. That's always going to be an effective tactic unless you have defenders that excel an aerial duels that can counter that. What should happen is not nerfing things that do happen irl, but to improve other types of players so that not everyone uses the same ones. Warzone 2 (MW2) players will understand, it was a game with the same meta for at least half a year, and what was people asking? Being able to use different weapons without being in a disadvantage, which is what should happen in FC

I landed in Div 3 this year. It is just laughable. It is almost as if I can predict when I win and when I lose before the game even starts.

My thinking is they activate the servers for the old games and bring back promo packs that are relevant to that game to cover the finical aspect of that. But they will need have a team working on that which I doubt they will do but I don’t see any other way to bring the old player base back.

I remember in FIFA 06 career mode , there would be pop ups randomly throughout the season that gave scenarios like after a big win or something I’ll get “you guys won and want to celebrate” and you’ll get an option to go let them party or make them train and you’ll have consequences like lost of stamina or chemistry etc that’ll be in effect for the next game. Idk why that feature was taken out I feel like it was such a good feature and it was immersive and fun. Small feature that I miss from back in the day., I feel like should be added back and can for sure be built upon

and in pro clubs you are forever a 3 star week foot/skill move with no abilities in the practice facility. It’s nothing major but it would be nice to be able to practice skill moves, shot timing, shot aim and they never even bothered even tho it’s just a bare minimum patch, i’d doubt they’d even have to make players install a update it’s so minor!

nick dont stop complaining. if you are in this community and do not complain you would be just a YES MAN who would look you are doing it for the money like Castro and Bateson. you are the only guy who became big by giving, most others did it by taking. you gave people advice on how to build their teams for free (of course, just excluding game cost) I remember you from 17 when things were better than now and you made my life easier. but now ea jus put you out of business/out of usefulness. because we cannot trade anymore. the community....well...there is not a FIFA community...there is just a group of people all across the world that play the game. or to be honest a bunch of pack addicted people. I have yet to meet the first FIFA player who does not complain. the problem is balance and difficulty in the proper places. they have unnecessarily put hard things where it should be easy and made it easy where it should be hard. defense should be hard. offense should be easy. defense should be the skill gap.

I only played FC24 because it was given for free with PS+ in May/June and I still felt robbed. The game was horrible and I was stunned with the amount of bugs I noticed that we're still there since Fifa 23.
