Re-phrasing how you work is a great idea! "I get to" is a great mind trick, that also helps one become thankful (increasing gratitude). The only problem is that, in medicine, at sho & registrar level, work tasks/ clinical interventions are disconnected from remuneration. So, it is a bit like "I have to"... I loved this video Helena! I have never thought about "having a relationship" with my to-do-list, but hearing that totally shifted my perspective on it, and definitely makes it easier to think about how to best nurture that relationship. Thanks for the lovely video. 😊
