There sure are a lot of pieces and seams to have to tape. You must be using all the scrap drywall from the house next door. The fewer pieces the easier it is to finish. Applying mud is just one step if the process.
Drywall comes in 4x8 ft sheets or 4 x 12 ft sheets. He has way too many seams for the small area. If those lines are his screw holes he is wasting mud and creating extra work. @@darylmartin6989

@@altkevNo it’s not. It’s the level before 6. How do you not know that??? Probably an electrician…

wiped all the mud off the flat before he even skimmed the butt joint
Why not do the whole wall and make a level five finish?

I could watch this on repeat. I just did 😻
the flats dry quicker than the butts, why in the world would anyone pull the butts first.
he wiped all the mud off the flat before he skimmed the butt
@jonduncan188 the flat is only taped, it hasn't been bedded yet.
Well done you the man!
Might as well skim the whole wall, lol
Para que un corto no quede boludo ,es mejor hacerlo con la flat box, con esa no hay fallas
Nice joint
6 months later he still working on bathroom
More like applying 1st coat. That wall is far from being ready to skim
Still going to have to coat it again
Why
Kiss was surety of job getting done !
Is anyone gonna mention how weird this is?
Just learn to plaster m8 you'll save 10x the time and it will look better
I achieve the same thing with a box and shorty handle in half the time using 1/4 of the mud $$$
Skim the lot much quicker and no sanding
Oh yeah the final swipe
Tell me where to get that Big knife
