That 1st inning is something we need more of. Nothing fancy, just when runners are in scoring position, give them the best chance they've got.
I don't know how long it's been but I'm glad to see Springer back in the leadoff spot. I understand that to shake things up but he's number 2 all-time in lead-off home runs behind Henderson. And he's our veteran leader. Glad to see him leading off again.
What a beautiful ballpark Oracle is overlooking Bay Bridge.

KK is outstanding defensively, but you can't have a bat like that starting in CF.

Glad we still took this series after that heart-wrenching loss in the opener. Definitely nothing to complain about with 4 wins in 5 games. I just hope the Jays keep it up and climb back into contention here🙏 On to Arizona and hopefully a positive finish before the break
It will be really interesting to see the Giants new pitching ranking rotation after the All Star game.
K.Gausman is as good as ever, J.Hicks was already burned @ 50 pitches end of 3rd ... but it was a good sluggers' game.

That was a frustrating game that we lost the series. Let’s hope we do well against the Twins tomorrow 7/12.
Jays have good hitters it's just a question of will John Schneider play them. Guys like Horwitz, Turner and Jansen are pretty consistent hitters and add a lot of depth to our line up. They should be getting regular playing time. Clement is good as well but I think we need to get rid of Schneider and maybe Kirk. Jiménez and Barger look promising. I don't know what John Schneider was doing for the first bit of the season fielding guys like Vogelbach, Kirk and Schneider. IKF is a solid all around player and will add even more to our offense too. We have a solid offense if we get the right guys on the field.
Horowitz, IKF, and Jr. are the only ones with really good numbers. I like Kirk, but he's having a bad year. Jansen can hit, but also off year. Springer is coming to life - let's see how he does in the second half.
I got news for you Jays fans...we're capable of beating
anyone...but at times we beat ourselves...we let them
in that first series, at the end no less...we just have
to finish...good win Jays!

In this series win, the Jays gave up 2 HRs each game, bring their total to 127 on the Season, with just 178 left to make History. On to Arizona, hopefully the Jays can finish the first half on a Positive note. GGs Giants!

Giants never should have let Gausman go to Toronto. Instead, they kept Anthony DiSclifani, who had one good half-season and was a complete bum. Oof

This has been such a disappointing year for the jays. Their offense has been off pretty much all year. Their record is something like 35 games over 500 when getting more than three runs. The fact we are seven games under shows how often we score more than that lol.
Young guys coming in have helped lately but gonna need a massive run to salvage this season.

When Atkins the clown decides to sign Vogelbach instead of keeping Horiwitź on the team and keeping the same hitting coach that had no answers for a bad hitting team last season, a terrible first half is the outcome.
