This video is one of the best videos on boxing that I’ve seen since I’ve started searching out all types of training videos here on CZcams to help with my start of boxing learning/training. By best, I mean that it’s just so crystal clear instruction/communication that makes it much easier to follow, as well as remember. I found myself after only seeing this video once, and easily remembering what was taught… even days later during a work-out. Very well done🙏
