Imo on the talents you are lacking the talent that incrises your crit (talent lvl12) and your skill number 2 only has 2 stacks into it (it goes up to 3 stacks if you lvl up the talent) so you missing some dmg and heat stacks there... But ofc just my opinion.
I literally did state this wasnt a meta build but just something i was running through leveling. I will be making a comprehensive Mage guide in the future. The video is mainly talking about the combo's and heat generation.

Why do you have so much stamina in your inscribe? That is a waste of resources. You could add it to your crit, cooldown or omni but why stam?

why my heat stack always reset at 11?
It might be down to your talent build or not input the skill order correctly. Also can cut down short through your Inscribe Activation
Fire or frost? What its better for pve?
i believe its Frost for PvE and Fire for PVP. However i need to personally play more Frost to give you my opinion
frost is superior for pve at the moment. PVP Fire(Skyfire)
