I love the Sephora Powder Foundation! I am so a powder girl. However, I learned a lot from this video. I usually apply my concealer first and then powder, but I live how yours turned out. My very first foundation ever was powder, so that's all I use. I've never really needed make up, so I don't like to look like I have on too much.. Powder allows me to do just a light, natural look.. I love it

NettaTessa which shade do you have in the Sephora Collection Microsmooth Powder? I tried 35 and 40. I’m in between both. One is too light and the other is too warm.

I wish I knew about this before corona virus. Growing up i didn’t like the matte finish of powder foundation as a young girl, but as a woman it’s crucial for my oily skin. I can’t touch my face with liquid foundation no matter how much setting powder and spray I use. Thnx for the vid

I honestly didn't know you could put liquid on top of powder. That's always been cringe to me like omg it's gonna look weird or something and I'd have to take it all off when I "think" I'm done lol but now that I've seen this and it came out so damn flawlessly, I might try it!! Bc I honestly hate feeling like I have on face makeup which is why I never wear it. And plus I like to get comfortable wherever I go so I be laying down everywhere 😂😂 can't do that if I know I'm gonna transfer

I’m a power girl as well, I like to mist my face with a tinted setting spray ( basically a setting spray with a pinch on bronzer) for a more natural less matte look, but only on the perimeter of my face cuz like u I have combination skin and my T zone gets oily throughout the day

This video helped me sooo much. I used to put a flawless powder after putting my cream foundation instead of loose powder, because I didn´t know what was its real usage, and right now I just figured out it was foundation but in powder and now I understand why my makeup always ends up like a real mess so by now on I wll start using my powder foundation as what it is, I just got into makeup world sooo really thank you.

I've just started using powder foundation because I have oily skin but I absolutely LOVE it. It keeps me matte and I don't feel cakey. I'm trying to figure out a routine that makes it last all day. Do you set your powder with a setting spray or a finishing powder on top? Or do you just powder and go in a sense. Love how your makeup came out. I'm all for the effortless but flawless look
