Very informative video sir..if patient has no epigastric pain syndrome,no burning,no post prandial distress after 30 minutes of meal but abdominal fullness for wholeday .. appetite also normal,,no constipation,,..how can i manage this patient sir..30yr/M pt..can i use prokinetic agent or any other medications.. please respond sir..
