Been researching states to live in the southern area. I have narrowed it down to South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. I want warm weather, under an hour or two from good beaches, Low crime, jobs (especially in the education field), suburbs, away from loud large cities, newer home, under 300k if possible, not too far from international airport (I travel a lot), and diversity in food/restaurants and population.
When showing the tax differences btw GA & SC, should you also include personal property taxes for SC, they can really add up if you 2 nice cars, maybe a boat?
