These are my favorites! I have tried several 5.11 styles including men’s, and the Flying Cross brand. The 5.11 women’s Stryke Stretch have been for me the last 5 years! They dry quick and are tougher than most messes.

thank you so much for doing this! so helpful, i’m always looking for the perfect pair! i currently wear the 5.11 Stryke Women’s pant. Not as many pockets as the EMS Stryke pants but definitely work. i’ve always had the torn inner thighs issue , because, ya know thicc thigh problems 😂
That’s the one thing I didn’t like about 5.11 because if you size down, your thighs bust but if you size up, the waist is abnormally big

I’m so glad it could help! The STRYKE are amazing besides the crotch that’s rough and goes up there but those tru spec and dickies are prob my fave up there with those

i have close to your measurements and i went with the size 10's because after a wash the pants do shrink a bit since they're not 100% polyester, just something to think about!

This was a very good video ma'am. I have a pair of Truspec right now and they're very comfortable but I can't use them at the FD I'm trying to get into because they're out of regulation color (the only reason why I have them was because the lady I got my textbook from was selling them for $5 and I figured why not). County does supply a uniform but I heard from the people at the FD that the pants that they supply are pretty uncomfortable so you want to private purchase your own so I've been looking around a bit and your video was pretty helpful.
I think you might have linked the wrong pair of pants in the description for the first pair you tried on. I believe those are the 5.11 stryke EMS pants given the pockets shown in the video. Those are the pants I was looking to get and the review was super helpful! thank you!!

I wear the Duluth men’s ultimate cargo pants in a relaxed fit to account for my hips and thighs. They have a gusseted crotch so the seam is not a problem and they have more tactical style pockets on them. My only complaint is that the color fades over time.

Thank you!! Yes, I like to wear either Nike Pro Combat (but the front seam is uncomfortable) or the PSD shorts they don’t have a front seam!

Hello! I am a part time college student with an interest in joining the fire service, specially wild land. In 2018 I was arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia that resulted in 2 felonies. I have completed a felony diversion program but I am concerned I won’t be able to become hired as an EMT or wild land firefighter. Any advice?

Can firefighters wear any of these?
My fire pants on duty were workrite brand with fire resistant material, we weren’t allowed to wear these. These were just for when I was on the bus!
