😂😂 Hey D! I have used them for awhile, I upgraded for the wrap around earbud style so I could ride my motorcycle with them on without blowing out of my ear… I think they are worth the 25$ for the quality
mine lasted 6 weeks, then the left earpod stopped working/charging. did the normal troubleshooting, clean terminals, reset, no avail. called amazon, they said past 30 day window. reached out to the manufacturer, they shipped me a new one within a few days. very responsive customer service.

Hey Phillips! Thanks 😁👍…. Durning normal operation the earbuds shutdown and recharge when dropped into the case as long as the case itself has a charge. The light on the case means it has a charge, it’s estimated to have a 10hr battery life. You can recharge the case by plugging in the usb cord from back of the case to a power outlet. If you wanted to turn the buds off manually you can hold the button on the side of each earbud for 4 seconds to turn them off. The only situation I would do that would be if the case power is completely drained and you want to preserve earbud battery power.

Just ordered mine to listen to music while I swim laps. Are they able connect to local radio stations when it’s connected or do I have to load a playlist to it?
My charging case is not working correctly. I had it plugged in to the charging cable. It just flashes “00”. I let it charge overnight and it’s bit lighting up and still flashing “00” but the ear buds work. With that being said is the case defective?
🤔 Hey Dawn! The first digit of the 100 on the display might be malfunctioning… if it shows “00” and not “100”. As long as the earbuds are taking a charge should be ok… you just won’t know when it’s at 100%… another thought… are you using the cable it came with or an aftermarket charger? I use an aftermarket and I noticed it buzzing while charging, it also takes longer….
@@ChrisBassettTV Thanks Chris. It was working just fine when I took it out of the package. Then I noticed it was not reading anything any longer and just the “00”. I used the cable it came with and my Apple cable as well. The case has some kind of burned smell!
Hey Connie! You might need to reset the earbuds if you’re experiencing any connectivity problems or function issues step 1. take the earbuds out for five minutes to consume some battery of both buds. They can’t be reset if the earbuds are fully charged step 2. place the earbuds and the charging case, and your earbuds blink red Step 3. press and hold the buttons on both the buds while in the case for eight seconds until the LED indicators flash red and white three times. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds could be connected normally. When resetting the earbuds, make sure the earbuds are properly connected to the charging points in the case or it may cause resetting failure. (Might need to clean the connection points) Let me know 😁👍
Myself personally, I would just buy a new set, they were 17$ from Walmart… I’m not sure if you could mix/match different buds…I recently upgraded to a pair of earbuds that have the loop over the ear for when I ride my motorcycle to better keep them on my head lol

I had these for a couple months, they worked perfectly until i lost them and had to order new ones. The new ones ran out of battery fast and were constantly breaking up when i was outside. I returned them and got new ones, thinking they were just a bad pair, and they did the same thing outside. I dont know whats happening or how to fix this, but im a little disappointed
mine stopped pairing together. i renamed the t60 on my phone to headphones. all the sudden one bud connects to the original t60 pairing and the other is connecting to the headphones profile i made. i reset and everything. i have no idea what to do.

ive done everything. i've reset numerous times, restarted my phone. still 2 profiles show up on my iphone bluetooth. its so fucked cause everything works, which makes me feel like im not seeing the solution. i did realize 1 side is louder than the other.

As far as I know you can only adjust the volume… treble/bass adjustments are unsupported 🫤

Sometimes disruption in sound quality isn’t necessarily the earbuds but more likely your cell phone connection/internet/signal strength

Are you still within the return window? Send them back as faulty and see if a new pair does the same thing
