I call it an “anthem” Kaer Morhen theme is the anthem for Witcher. The “Up” song Married Life is the “anthem” for Up etc

To CDProjekt Red and to everyone involved in the making of the Witcher 3, I give you my thanks. What a phenomenal work, truely groundbreaking, mops the floor with the competition.
My very first battle in Toussaint I had to stop the damn game and listen to this. After countless hours of the vanilla battle music, this was a serious breath of fresh air.
This is the best combat theme of all time, and I already thought that the vanilla ones were the best, but this, this is just excellent
Steel for Humans still better, but this one is the second best.

I love this song on so many levels. Especially because its kind of Geralt's Not-Swan Song. Like, "the old man is retiring, he's done, we can rape and pillage as we like.... wait whose that on the horse coming around the bend......oh you're shitting me, dave get the crossbows"

The sound at 0:54 makes me want to play the game all over again.
1:13 - 1:36 made me cry. This part reminds me how i searched Ciri. All the Other people who i met there the story everything. So deep so dark. Novigrad. Just the Main Story.
And Toussiant is different but still amazing. This game is the best game i have and still playing it. ❤

I know it sounds weird, but Witcher 3 was the first of the series I played, and while, dont get me wrong, I loved it then and still do now, when Blood and Wine came out this series cemented itself as my all time favorite game.
Toussaint is just incredible to behold, reminds me so much of old, classic RPGs
Sprawling, beautiful fields, great castles, knights filled with bravery and honor, and so many wonderful adventures to be had
This DLC was absolutely stunning and amazing in all kinds of ways. I even liked it a tiny bit more than the original story with Ciri. So, so good and compared to "Hearts of Stone" even better!
My GM in Pathfinder uses this as our fight music. It fits very very well.

@@stakagans the atmosphere in Velen was great which was meant to be war-torn and creepy,disgusting and mysterious......because of the atmosphere in Velen seeing Oxenfurt and Novigrad for the first time was freaking awesome....it was like actually moving into a new city

THis DLC was beast, this combat song was everything, It made me unleash clean combos without being touched! one with the blade and the song!
The part where the deep bass plays behind the singing - I like to think this is a song about a Vampire whilst Geralt of Rivia is the menacing sound in the background =)

Blood and wine could have been its own game if the story had been a little longer and the land a bit bigger but even with what we got its insanely impressive what they managed to make an deliver, and they didnt even ask for that much money in return.
Only Red dead redemption 2 matches this game

This is a combination of the skellega battle music and Kaer Morhen ambient music.It blends together so perfectly
Something I just found out, during a quest on Skellige, the one about the werewolf in the garden, one option is to fight the guy by the shore and the music that plays if you choose to do so is a variation of this, in a more Celtic/Nordic vibe.
