Yamaha 9.9 HP 4 Stroke Outboard Motor & Honda Honwave T40. This footage is from a day out from Whitby, UK and demonstrates the speed obtained in the Honda Honwave T40 and the Yamaha 9.9 HP 4 stroke.
The speed is reasonable considering there are 2 people on board with all our fishing equipment going into the wind and against the tide. Footage take in August 2017. Had I trailer and storage for this boat I'd probably be using a 15-20 HP instead as the speed gets reduced considerably when the sea is a bit choppy.
