Hyping the crowd, telling the story. He is so natural, fun to watch, solid vocals. Worked the stage and brought his show, perfection under pressure.
Take has such a great church/ Southern charm and vibe, he’s the whole package with that voice!! And he’s cute too. Doesn’t hurt.

Honestly, I agreed with the former and I also seriously voted for Tea Lewis when I voted on Instant Save. Honestly, I think if they make it to the finals, I think Nathan Chester, Bryan Olesen, and Tea Lewis would really make it to the finals.

I don’t understand why this guy needed to get the last save. He is AMAZING!!! My favorite in the whole cast!!! What’s going on in America!!! Tae is truly Talented and Authentic !!! I prayed for God’s favor for the save and he got it. I can’t wait to see what he does next week!!! TEAM TAE!!!

The only thing I can think-of, is that the home viewers haven't gotten markedly younger, maybe since Niall was on the show, and they go head-over-heels for people like Maddi Jane, instead of more deserving seasoned pros, like L and Tae.

I was a little surprised that he was in that position, I think the reason why was because there are other singers that have done stronger performances that night, but I’m glad he got saved, and that was another great performance by my man Tae Lewis!
Yeah, I think that if they had been chosen, randomly, out of the 12, he woulda made it, cuz there were SOOOOO many boring songs---but, because they chose, by teams.... Really, I think Tae's first Live performance was better than Madison's; she was one of the ones who had a boring performance, IMO.

Very happy that he got the save. I voted for him last night but being on west coast the show was on tape delay so wasn't able to vote. He was the only one of the four that really performed like there was no pressure on him and he was just doing his thing. He's authentic and so likeable. Glad we will be able to see him again next week.
Plus, he was the only one of the four who made a good choice of songs!! Why would anybody, in their right mind, choose a slow song, when they were, literally, singing for their life? One has to pull-out ALL the stops, and show everything they've got, in range and power!!! Oh, well.... The better, for Tae!!!

Yeah, usually I like that, because to me, the singer is getting the audience riled-up, and involving them; but, after a couple of them, it's overkill. He was just givin' it everything he had, cuz he was literally singin' for his life, and I really can't begrudge him, for it!!!

I'm just so relieved that it wasn't Zoe who was saved over the other 3. That would have felt like some supernatural fuckery; she absolutely did not deserve to have advanced so far, and at the expense of others with way more talent

That was the best instant save performance of the night! Not my favorite from him as he's done better. But despite that he still put a lot of energy as he always does. I want to hear him on a ballad soon so he can connect with voters.
Well, I hear what you're saying, but I think we're too close to the end, here, for him to be slowing it, down. I think he needs to continue-on with his super upbeat, energetic, fun performances.

Honestly, I would really like to see Tea Lewis make it to the next live show and cover Bon Jovi's Bed of Roses in its original form. Because I would like to see tea lewis try a genre other than country.
But, he doesn't want to sing anything other than Country!!! He has clearly defined his lane, and has chosen, wisely.
This ain't American Idol, where people have to prove they can sing, anything---people can totally stay in their lane, on this show, and win; and, I'm sure that Country fans---the people who will be voting for him---want him to stay, right where he is: BRINGIN' IT!!!
Oh, that's right. To be honest, I asked this person, thinking that other genres were possible, just in case. Yes, but it was true that some changes had to be made in the song selection in order to advance to the finals.
