Just one thing to say: СЛАВА РОССИЯ
I think the parade lacked a vocal dictation saying about the different divisions and not playing the victory day song for so long, there are more good songs.
And they could have dressed the soldiers of the soldiers who fought in Petrograd or nearby while a voice tells of how they fought to defend the city.
It's not the whole parade. It's just the last minutes before its end. Full parade lasted couple hours
