Removing collapsed liner

Here is a demo we did for one of our re-sellers Perma-Liner Industries, LLC.. Their customer had a liner that had become deformed in the pipe and was causing a blockage at the start. The city had to be on call until the blockage was removed, which took only 15 minutes.
