I’m 76, I do so hope Ms Booth is right. I’ve been educated in the evils of Zionism. I’ve always supported Palestine, but because of the collective guilt I’ve felt because of the Holocaust, questioned myself in arguing against the right wing Israeli Government. Wow. I have the same experience. I was 10 years old in 1972 and my grandfather repeatedly told me about the occupation of Palestine. He always ended by saying that WW3 will be created by this situation. .

I’m proud to say that I’m Pro Palestinian because of my wonderful parents. They were always knowledgeable on issues like international law and human rights. In my early years I always remember them boycotting products from South Africa due to them having an apartheid regime. They were horrified at the injustices that were happening towards Black South Africans by the apartheid government at the time. They were also Pro Palestinian and I always remember my Mum and Dad saying that the British have failed the Palestinian people as they had no right to give away land that wasn’t theirs, and to then allow them to continually steal more land off the Palestinians was morally wrong and against international law. My parents are both gone now, my Mum only at the end of October last year, but I’m glad that they taught me to stand up for what is right and for people who are oppressed. I will continue to hold the values my wonderful parents gave me, and I will continue to pray for the Palestinian people until the war ends and until they are truly free. Free Palestine 🇵🇸

She is, I learned about Israel and Palestine from my parents. They’re not here anymore, but I’m so glad that they taught me to stand up for what is right. They both supported the Palestinian people and opposed the apartheid regime in South Africa when I was a child. It’s very important to educate your children about the world and to make sure that they are understanding, compassionate, honest, kind and respectful.

My country Turkiye has many times proposed that we muslims establish a peace keeping force and have our selves established in bases in Jordan and the region, but Arab countries have so far succummed to foreign pressures and not accepted such an offer, as yet.
To all the Arab brothers and sisters; without falling out of Islamic etiquitte and manners, and without endangering yourselves or others, please rally your leaders/governments, so we can get together and do what's needed to stop all this,

i used to read about various religions and wanted to find more from life, ive always been a loner (mainly due to autism and being bullied)... I read about Buddhism and liked its message of kindness and compassion, and not being obsessed with wealth etc, and it kinda fits well with my Socialist leanings of equality and anti capitalism. Unfortunately, so far I have been very disappointed with the realities of most organized religions. They sound good in the books but when you see the realities they are often bad. Preachers in Christian churches taking money that is supposed to go to the poor but they have BMWs and countryside manors. Buddhism was the biggest disappointment. Im not talking about the people who follow it, but the leadership of it. I wanted to go to a UK monastery, thinking I could work for free and get food & lodging. No, they want us to pay a LOT of money to go there. Possibly more than staying in a hostel. When I went to Tibet, the monks seemed very angry and demanding money for photos $10 a photo. They have huge golden statues and big glass cases full of coins and notes, but the people are poor. When I went to Thailand it was even worse. Monks drive around in cars, and have cel phones and you see them in bars drinking with beautiful women and acting like gangsters with wealth and power. So, I stayed just not following any religion.

I’m sorry that you’ve had a lot of disappointments though. As along as you know right from wrong and go have understanding and compassion, I’m sure you’ll find your way in life.
As a Muslim I pray that Allah (God) guides you to the straight path. My advice dont go to people but go to the Creator. Ask for guidance from a sincere heart. @@mariaakader1572 with all the horrible people that rule the world and all the atrocities, i often have trouble believing that god can be a good person... so i think id struggle to be a muslim... i went from atheist to agnostic.. but i just dont see how a good god could allow so many horrible people to do bad things to other people all the time.. one reason why i liked Buddhism was because it teaches you to be a good person without doing it for god.. lets say god is good... surely doing good things so you can get to heaven or to please god is a selfish thing? surely we should try to be good anyway?
If people act contrary to the teachings, does that make the teachings false? If people break the law, does that make the law wrong? Subjective personal experience is not an objective criteria to Objective Truth or Reality. Anyway, the Universe shows design based on elements of design like functions, purpose, colors, compositions, laws, etc. If the universe is random, people can't even do science and calculations because randomness cannot produce the law of physics. Design shows intelligence. So, what am I trying to say, to ascertain something is true or not, emotion is not an objective criteria.

Well that would be an impossibility. Supposedly she would have made it in front of the camera but failed to follow the zio script I wouldn’t have been surprised that she could have been cancelled , revoked citizenship or “hurt” in a car accident.
