Completely agree! Go back to a normal happi jack set up and put a half bath, overhead bunk and W/D hookups in garage...and I'd be 2nd in line behind ya. I'm really hoping this newer plan he mentions goes this route. If I could get a Riverstone with GD 410TH-R floorplan....I'd die.😅

Someone actually used their head for the positioning of the ramp steps!!! That is the best, most sensible place to put the steps!!!! Too bad others don't have the same common sense.

Is it possible to order it with two beds (one above the other - similar ro happy jack but 2 beds instead of a bed above 2 opposing sofas that can become a bed on the bottom) in the garage PLUS still have the dinette? I LOVE this dinette ootion!
Hi there how are you ? I have one comment for the fabricators which l think is being lazy, stingy or both. I have been watching these rv videos for l guess 8 years and one thing just makes angry. We are in 2023 and no one seems to have found a solution for the garbage except the others. Honestly a small plastic bin with a plastic bag in maybe the hottest place in the rv near the hot water pipe just waiting g for germs and odors to happen. Why don't the just install a nice big garbage can with cover attached to one end of the island. I mean if l was a quest in an RV with the open garbage under sink it would make me sick. Thank you
I would get that Island out of there when if they could do that one if they could take the sink Island and get it the hell out of there and then just put that sink right next to the fucking oven next to the stove or whatever so that way you actually have living room space you know unless of course you know I just feel like it's a wasted area

For those wondering about the new toy hauler floorplan coming, I spoke to Riverstone and they said they plan to release details on it later this year.
I wish that these companies would stop putting the living room inside the kitchen.

Why does the bed not come down to window level. That way there were be the ability to open the window for air and not need a ladder?
Not my type with the refrigerator having grip handels. Some of us are short.😅 The sink island takes too much room. The rest is ok.
