It was on Cabelas website for about 3 weeks, I see they took it down. Probably bcz of the demand. My order was set to ship on march 9th but they told me my order was pushed back until march 30th. They got a ton of orders during that small window. We shall see if I'm next in line to get it when they replenish their inventory.

Ohh yeah they are serious about making a premium line of vessels
Has 3 features compared to the Johnny Boat Bass 100 which make it more practical. 1. The transom can accept a motor without need for any other attachments. 2. Pre-wired for trolling motor with up front battery storage. 3 The additional width and swivel seat make it easy to access and operate a motor. I will be really interested to see how it performs on the water.
Those 3 are huge factors to consider for sure

Answer me one question: is it worth getting a 2.5 hp outboard vs a trolling motor? That's all I want to know.

What is the dry weight of it? That thing is looking pretty sweet for what I would use it for! We tow our yaks via boat and portage a 1/4 mile through a trail to Micrometer Bay in Lake of the Woods in Ontario. The water is so clear, the bass are giant, and never anyone on it.

Officially, it is rated for up to 2.5 hp.
Nice colour I just feel it needs to be a 120 and that front box compartment needs a little work maybe a lip if you are not using a battery so stuff wont slide out and it needs a transducer mount underneath then it would be mint.

It compares to a jonboat with trailer for the price.
For 1k it still requires a motor either trolling or gas. A trailer would be helpful but not needed if the motor either one would have to be removable.

Hi Aliex! Does the seat lock to keep it from rotating in 360 mode?
It only moves when you move, but it doesn't have any lock down features at least I didn't see it
There is no locking mechanism, but it should not swivel unless you want it to.

Suzie it will only require registration if you motorized it and use it IN PUBLIC waters, like here in Florida you have 30 days to register, the local tag agencies are a pain to work with, so I would go with a lot of patience and try to find one that have experience with registering Watercraft like this

The bottom does match a boat bottom... I'd maybe call this a Micro Boat or Nano Boat. I mean sure you can probably paddle it with kayak paddles but then again you could do the same with a SUP or Canoe in the kneeling position so is being able to use a paddle with it really a factor in calling something a kayak?

So you can't buy it with the wheels now? Because that's why I wanted it to move around by myself and not need and extra wheels strapped to it.
The wheels are gone 😥 sad about that, the boat itself is not super heavy, gotta find a cart that fits though
If they did this in a 120 - 130 with some mounting options on the front like the ascend 133x and maybe an option to mount an extra battery under the seat area I'd be all over this. You may even loose 2 of the rod holders at the back on the sides and just have a third right over the trolling motor in the centre.

you seem to have reviewed more kayak/boats than anyone. what would you recommend for pond fishing? Stability is number one for me, rolled a Vapor when i encountered a copperhead in a bruh pile. lost $$ equipment and my dignity..... lol..... Does ANYONE else make the 360 seat or sell it as an option? looked at pedals but you can add a battery and motor cheaper than a pedal drive. this Pelican looks like the ticket
jonny is more stable because the seat is lower, but you should not flip on this lol
Considering this boat, can anyone tell me if a E-Propulsion Spirit 1.0+ is too heavy for the back ???
Boat is rated for 2.5 ho gas which is about a 3hp electric, spirit is 3hp 42# it will work, you may have to trim the seat or add weight to the bow, gotta play with it my 2.5 ho 27# Suzuki worked like a charm

It's a bit expensive for something with no pedals, but that built in transom is awesome. Also want to see how it tracks and paddles without the motor
It paddles super well, tracking not the greatest.

Like the concept and the engine mount and setup in the back.
Although the battery cover up front looks kind of cool, the storage behind may become kind of useless since the battery is in the way, the cover is just too big just for that, it could have been made a bit more practical, the storage space an open area reachable from the top and the cover for the battery would extend further to the front, with a vertical separator.
So when will the 120 version with a pedal drive come? I mean, 3-way power, no?
