Ooooo, the campaign is getting traction! I’ll be showing Aaron all the demands for more fun! Personally, his gear is way more cool than mine. He’s such a gear nut! Stay tuned!
Great video ,I to sent home 2.5 kg of stuff this July, got as far a Lima and my knee gave out back home now waiting for Knee replacement but I will be back 2026 ! Aaron get your kit out .
Looks like such a crazy large load on the bike, but I fully understand the changing climate and need for spares and tools. I live in the Teton Valley, so it all the time. Good job mailing a box home! Excellent trip and you made it! I am starting out to do Section 3 & 4 in a week or so. Living in bear country I suggest you try to keep the bear spray on your body, not the bike. Things happen fast and you may be knocked off your bike. You might like the Katadyn BeFree filter as the flow rate is really fast compared to Sawyer and no failures in last 7 years. I carry a 3 liter bag, 2 - 1 l bottles and a liter in the Katadyn. Simple and if you really need more you have it covered with one of your water bags. Thanks for sharing and congrats on your accomplishment!
@lynnforbes8050 Excellent question! This was something that wasn’t covered in the videos I watched before, and was a lesson I learned while out there this summer. You’ll definitely use the plastic putty knife to efficiently scrape the peanut butter off your tires. You’ll be so glad you packed it and had it on hand.
Love it! Let's get Aaron's list!
One vote for Aaron’s list! 😊
agree! Man's list next if possible. and background about Rowdy.
Yes please show and tell all. The more gear the more fun 😂
