I worked this out when it broke on me when i got off the train. But i lost the screw. So i did buy a new suitcase, which to be honest I needed as i took to much with me ( yes I know typical women) But when I checked it out i fixed just like you, so thanks for the video, such a big help.

Hi, I see how you repairs yours but mine is different problem. I have a Sears Craftsman Sit/Stand/Tote Truck which is a bin with wheels and a tote handle like your wife's has even with the button to release to move the handle up and down. However, with my situation is the handle is still attached to both tubes/rods however, it would not go all the way up. I could not make it go up or down. There is NO screws. Totally different format of how they assembled it. I only could go half way but it wont go all the way up with the handle. Anybody can help me? Thank you.
Sorry I just saw this question! Can you try a spray graphite? Like what they use for locks? Or even WD-40. Also does the company have any suggestions on the manual?
