The purpose of this video is to learn how to draw & identify the different arteries on the Circle of Willis. The highest yield part of this is sheer IDENTIFICATION of the artery. It is NOT high yield to know what clinical syndrome you find when an artery is occluded. Therefore, in this video I demonstrate the DirtyUSMLE method of quickly and effortlessly drawing the Circle of Willis, so that you NEVER miss free points on test day by identifying arteries in pictures/questions

Fantastic. Suggestion: Anterior choroidal could be anterior "crying" arteries as they are near the eyes. Also, SCA could be the SCArf. 😁

To go off your AComm mnemonic of communicating with aliens, the PComm is like the cheeks of your dude, which is how you "Communicate with People" (by talking, PComm is near his mouth).
The Anterior Choroidal is like he is "Crying"
and the Superior Cerebral is him lifting UP his arms to "Raise the roof" (arms are below your collar)

could also add Optic chasm as eyebrows over top of the internal carotid arteries. You could also add a C for the nose for Cranial nerve 3

I had something similar to memorize it....but seems like you are better at coming up with them.
The way to finish learning it is to superimpose it to a picture of the brain, think of lesions and predict where is being occluded.
