This was in March on a chilly day and needed to use up that last harvest before this one came on. Boy, did this season come on!!
Trust me, there will be more French Onion soup made in the fall... this stuff is amazing! No store bought stuff ever again for this girl.

No platform for the jars to sit on? Dangerous.
@@MaryWehmeier yes, the canning rack is in the bottom of the canner already. NEVER place jars directly on the canner bottom, that could cause a jar to explode.
