Here it is Aug 2023 and this is a question I recently got. And, incidentally, I think there is a new generation of questions out there cuz I know nursing managers keep hearing the same answers over and over and this one was the ONLY one I was not able to answer and still can't think of a good way to answer. Question: "Tell me about a time when you had to make a clinical decision that you didn't want to make" Seriously, I can't wrap my head around the relevance of this question, much less, a good answer.
Thats such an annoying question. lol But tell them about a scenario when you had to make someone a full code when you personally felt that if it was your grandma they would be a DNR but you respect families wishes after educating them.

Excellent question, every interview will be a different length. Do not copy exact descriptions. Each job should have a different description. ☺️
