It was after Arsenal fired Emery that Arteta presented 5 phase plan , changing the mentality, uniting the fans, and adding the song, the dog, the structure, and all the rules (if you dont follow, you are out like Auba) . 1st, It took Unai 5 years in the top flight to win anything. Never ever was a challenger for the league title in la liga and failed to even qualify his teams for UCL on multiple occasions. When he did, he didn't get past the group stages.

Arteta is hands down one of the most tactically apt managers in the league, not losing a game to a big six side(collecting the highest point tally from those games). Emery is a serial winner wherever he has gone and has got Villa into champions league football when they were battling relegation before. It took years for Arteta to the point where Arsenal fans were calling for him to be sacked before he started getting any consistency and he still hasn't won a trophy in 5 years since the FA cup. Arteta struggles to rotate and has still allowed that arsenal squad to be too thin a squad. Arsenal are literally a couple of injuries away from being in a bad place. That's not great management. They got lucky that they had the second fewest injuries of any team in the league last season.
The best 3 Managers in the league are Pep, Emery and Ten Hag.
He has got rid of the deadwood, and beef this team up every season, the way he wants it and im not even a Arsenal fan, im a Newcastle fan and we battered and exposed Aston Villa home and away last season and thats with one of the worst injury lists in the premier league, and Arteta is starting to become a great manger in the premier league, lets not forget this is first job in management

This is a foolish argument. Saying Unai Emery is in a different league to Arteta is actually rubbish. Unai Emerg yes has won 4 Europa League titles, but the only league title he's ever won was at PSG where that is the least expected. Why the comparison? Emery might have ended up a success with Arsenal, but his second-season gameplay was torturous to watch. They had a top-four attack with a bottom-three defence and nothing in between.
