I know the feeling. Its invigorating, memory alone makes me want to compete again. I remember then we partook with a dance group in some very low stakes competition, and we were objectively comparatively better. They announced final results from bottom to top, we were holding each other. As 1st place got closer and closer we got progressivelly more nervious, but still had hope that we were second or first. It was getting more and more all or nothing, and then- we didnt get the first place. For a moment i felt shoked and lost and broken and even angry. And then- we got gran pri (idk the spelling) - the highest prize that apperantly was there. The way i just yelled, it was so amazing

I remember then we partook with a dance group in some very low stakes competition, and we were objectively comparatively better. They announced final results from bottom to top, we were holding each other. As 1st place got closer and closer we got progressivelly more nervious, but still had hope that we were second or first. It was getting more and more all or nothing, and then- we didnt get the first place. For a moment i felt shoked and lost and broken and even angry. And then- we got gran pri (idk the spelling) - the highest prize that apperantly was there. The way i just yelled, it was so amazing
